Where exactly are you? Is it true that the road to you is steep and winding? How do you get around when it snows?
We are in Tesero, in the northern part of the village, exactly 900 m from the main Cesare Battisti square, 5 minutes by car, 16 minutes on foot (tourist pace!).
Yes, the road to get there is steep, indeed very steep, like many mountain roads, but it is paved and lit.
When it snows, we shovel it, we throw salt and gravel, we really do what we can, but you have to be patient, you can leave your car here and take the many ski buses that take you everywhere, or why not take a nice walk with the flakes falling and enjoy the atmosphere that only snow can give!
How far are you from the ski lifts?
We are an 18-minute drive from Alpe di Pampeago, 13 minutes from the start of the Cermis cable car, 25 minutes Lusia-Castelir.
When can we check in and check out?
The flats are ready from early afternoon until 10pm, but you can call and enquire if you can arrive earlier or later!
Check out is until 10 a.m., late check out on request to be agreed upon before departure.
Do you supply all the linen?
Yes you do not have to bring anything, linen and towels, cleaning kit, oil, salt and vinegar kit, bathroom courtesy kit all supplied
What meals are included? What are the timetables? Do you offer restaurant service?
Breakfast and afternoon snack (included in winter and spring) from 07.30 to 10 a.m. and from 4 to 7 p.m.
For other meals we have an agreement with restaurants in our village, they are close by and also deliver to your home
Do you have animals?
Yes of course, we have sheep, goats, rabbits, chickens and our little dog Alba who welcomes all guests!
Can I bring my dog/cat?
Your little friends are welcome, the communal areas accessible for them, in addition to the outdoor areas of course, are the breakfast room, the stube and the bar area, the wellness centre is forbidden
Is the wellness area open to everyone? Can children enter? What are the access times?
It is open from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. by appointment, every morning you can choose the time you prefer
Yes of course, it is open to everyone, the hot tub is low and very big, for the kids it is almost a mini pool!
What should we bring?
Costume and slippers, bathrobe (for adults) and towels we give you.
Do you organise any excursions?
Not directly, but with the Fiemmepinecembraguestcard that you will find on arrival, you can do lots of things, guided hikes, biking, children’s entertainment, rafting and much more!
Do you rent bikes? Do you have a depot?
We have an agreement with a bike hire company, yes we have a depot.
